At www.mwpbnp.com, we always strive to ensure 100% customer satisfaction regarding the Quality, Quantity, Weight, and Gauge of all our products. However, after placing an order, making a payment, or even after the delivery of goods, our customers retain the right to cancel their order and request a refund under specific conditions.

An order can be cancelled at different stages, and the payment will be refunded accordingly based on the variations outlined below.

1. Payment Refund Category

We process refunds across the following payment methods:

  • ◆ Refund against EasyPay / Mobile Wallet Payments
  • ◆ Refund against Bank Account / Credit Card Payments
  • ◆ Refund against Cash on Delivery (COD)

2. Payment Refund Stages and Variations

The refund amount depends entirely on the stage at which the cancellation request is received:

  • ◆ Before Confirmation/ Receiving call from our representative (100 % Refund)
  • ◆ After Confirmation/ Receiving call from our representative (100 % OR Less if any Overhaeds apply to order)
  • ◆ Before Despatch of Goods (100 % OR Less if any Overhaeds apply to order)
  • ◆ After Despatch of Goods (Refund Less Loading + Unloading + Freight Charges)
  • ◆ After Delivery of Goods (Refund Less Loading + Unloading + Freight Charges)

3. Refund Channels & Processing Timelines

Refunds are strictly processed back to the original source from which the payment was initially received:

  • ◆ Bank & Credit Cards: Credit Card or Bank account refunds will be credited back to the same card or account number. Processing time takes 10 to 15 Working Days.
  • ◆ Mobile Accounts: Mobile wallet refunds (EasyPaisa/JazzCash) will be credited back to the same mobile account number. Processing time takes 5 to 7 Working Days.

EasyPaisa Shop Limits:

  • ◆ Up to PKR 15,000/- Refunds can be collected from any authorized EasyPaisa shop across Pakistan (CNIC or valid ID required).
  • ◆ Above PKR 15,000/- Refunds will be made directly into the customer’s verified bank account.

4. Changes / Updates

WWW.MWPBNP.COM reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Refund Policy in whole or in part, at any time. Changes in this Refund Policy are effective whenever with or without notice of such change is posted. You agree and acknowledge that your continued use of WWW.MWPBNP.COM following the posting of any changes to this Refund Policy constitutes acceptance of those changes.
